FAQ - This is the bit where we answer all the tricky questions

• Browse the site and select any items you wish.
• Add the items to your shopping Cart
• Select check out
• Select Proceed to check out (do not use the “Check out with PayPal icon”, as you will be unable to enter your discount code)
• Login or fill in the new customer form
• At Step 3 “Shipping and Payment Information” locate the red box with a white plus sign “Redeem Discount Coupon” (located just under the basket contents)
• Enter your Coupon code
• Enter the verification code and select “Apply Coupon”

• The coupon code
• Expiry date
• This will allow us to investigate the issue and provide you with a refund via PayPal

Q. I am placing my order and an error code appears during the Paypal process- what do I do?

A. Some of our customers have been experiencing some minor problems at this stage. Don't panic. Try processing the payment again. If this fails, send us an email to service@outandaboutbaby.com.au - we will arrange for your order to be processed offline.


Q. A product I want to purchase is out of stock- what can I do?

A. Send us an email, and we will advise you as soon as they are back in stock.


Q. I want some Baby Beehinds MCN- However you don't have many sizes- what's the story?

A. Baby Beehinds have had ongoing issues with their manufacturer. We have been unable to order any new stock. Our order is in, and we hope to have stock in soon.


Q. I don't have a Paypal account, is there another way I can pay?

A. If you have a credit card there is no need to create a Paypal account. Just follow these steps
 

• Add the items to your shopping Cart
• Select check out
• Select the “Checkout with PayPal” icon (it will let you pay by credit card without signing up)
• On the left hand side you will see a heading “Don’t have a PayPal account, no problem, continue checkout” – click on the link continue checkout
• Enter your credit card information
