Refunds and Returns Policy
Faulty/damaged products-
If your purchase arrives damaged or faulty we will refund, replace or arrange repair of the item.

Change of mind purchases-
You can return items to us within 30 days of purchase provided the following criteria are met:

The product is in a brand new condition- i.e. all labels are attached, the item is in its original packaging (it must be in a condition to be resold as brand new)

You return the items to us via Registered Post

If you wish to return an item, please contact us via email service@outandaboutbaby.com.auprior to any return
Please note that you will be responsible for the return postage fees for change of mind purchases.
Once your item has been returned, we will issue you with a store credit (6 month expiry date).
